Nurse Practitioner Contract Details:

• $80-$85 an hour
• 7 - week contract with possibility of extension
• Monday - Friday, Days

Requirements:

• Active APP Licensure/Certification in Kentucky
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as an APP provider
• Active DEA
• Board Certified / Board Eligible
