Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing

Location: Saco, ME
Contract Type: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Days | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor and record patient conditions, reporting changes to supervising staff.
• Assist with daily living activities and rehabilitation support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and ethical care standards.

Requirements:

• Active Maine LPN License (or Compact License).
• Minimum 2 years of recent long-term care experience preferred.
• Current BCLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule Details:

• 12-hour day shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
