Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing

Location: Hubbard, IA
Shift: 3×16-Hour Day Shifts (6:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health conditions.
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation per facility and state guidelines.

Requirements:

Active LPN License in the state of Iowa (or Compact).
Certifications: BLS required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and compassion for patient care.
