Job Description

The Interventional Radiology Cath Lab Tech will assist providers during diagnostic and interventional radiology and cardiology procedures. This role involves scrubbing and circulating in both IR/Cath Lab and cardiology procedures, with a focus on maintaining a sterile field.

Responsibilities

• Perform scrub and circulation duties for interventional and diagnostic procedures.
• Assist in various IR and cardiology procedures, maintaining cleanliness and sterility.
• Participate in on-call coverage for STEMI and urgent/emergent procedures on a weekly basis.
• Work collaboratively within a three-member team, including at least one RN.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT or RCIS required.
• Preferred: AART Advanced Certification, RCES, or RCIS.
