📍 Position Details

• Title: Medical Assistant (CMA)

• Location: Penn Medicine Specialty Medicine Valley Forge, 1001 Chesterbrook Blvd., Berwyn, PA 19312

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | Hours between 6:45 AM – 6 PM (Tuesdays until 8 PM)

• Must be flexible to stay until the last patient is seen. Schedules are adjusted weekly.

• Type: Temp-to-Perm (must be interested in converting to permanent Penn Med staff)

🩺 Role Summary
The Medical Assistant supports physicians and the practice manager in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing patients for exams and procedures

• Assisting with technical tasks and documentation

• Communicating with patients and families to support care delivery

• Maintaining patient flow and ensuring a strong patient experience

⚡ What We're Looking For

• Medical Assistants who need minimal training and can step in immediately

• Previous EPIC EMR experience highly preferred

• Strong commitment to patient care and customer service

• Must be able to commute to Berwyn, PA within 30 minutes

📝 Interview & Training

• 2 Rounds: Virtual Teams In-Person interview

• Training: 4-hour virtual EMR session on Fridays

• Compliance process starts immediately after offer acceptance (medical drug screen within 72 hrs)
