Required Skills:

Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
Ability to provide skilled nursing care to patients with various medical conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic life support certification (BLS)

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience working in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMRs)
Certification in specialized areas, such as wound care or palliative care

Preferred Education and Experience:

Diploma or certificate in practical nursing
1-2 years of experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing or similar setting

Other Requirements:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (may be required)
