Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a LoanIQ Closing Specialist - AZ - VMO to join their team. As a LoanIQ Closing Specialist - you will be part of the Commercial Lending department supporting loan processing and system conversions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Chandler, AZ - Hybrid
What's the Job?

• Book and fund commercial loans in LoanIQ system accurately and efficiently
• Respond to internal requests for posting funds and handle money movement activities
• Support staff in adopting and utilizing LoanIQ system effectively
• Assist with the review and preparation of commercial loan closing documents and credit agreements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within commercial lending

What's Needed?

• Proficiency in LoanIQ software and commercial loan processing
• Experience in booking and funding commercial loans
• Knowledge of commercial loan closing documents and credit agreements
• Understanding of AFS system is a plus but not required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
