LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Litigation Paralegal for a full-time, permanent opportunity with a respected firm in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience and will be able to support attorneys in all phases of litigation.

What You'll Do:

• Draft subpoenas, pleadings, and assist with trial, hearing, and deposition prep
• Summarize medical records and depositions
• Manage cases from inception to resolution
• Handle federal and state e-filing
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and litigation teams

What You Bring:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure
• Experience with Case Management Systems and MS Office
