Our client, a leader in the packaging industry, is seeking a Line Loader / Off Loader to join their team. As a Line Loader / Off Loader, you will be part of the production department supporting the packaging operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Line Loader / Off Loader
Location: Jeffersonville, IN
Pay Range: $18/hr
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime available)
What's the Job?
-
Working on the corrugated box line to ensure efficient packaging operations.
-
Handling and placing dunnage/padding on the off line and pushing stacks of flat boxes onto the dunnage.
-
Cutting bundles of flattened boxes with a box knife and removing dunnage from stacks.
-
Lifting up to 20 lbs and performing physical tasks including standing, walking, twisting, and bending for the entire shift.

Adhering to safety protocols by wearing required safety gear including safety glasses, ear plugs, and safety vests.
What's Needed?

Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs regularly.

Previous experience in a corrugated packaging environment is a plus.

Willingness to work a full shift with overtime as needed.

Commitment to following safety guidelines and wearing appropriate safety gear.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.
