Licensed Talk Therapist - Fee for Service Opportunity

Thriveworks is excited to welcome Licensed Clinicians to join our thriving team, providing both telehealth and in-person sessions in Tigard, OR. Clinicians who commit to 25+ hours of availability per week are eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend!

What We Are Looking For
We are in search of independently licensed clinicians in Oregon who are eager to make a significant impact and grow with us. We especially encourage:

• Providers willing to conduct 25+ sessions weekly

• Behavioral health generalists open to seeing couples and children (with our support)

• Clinicians who appreciate autonomy yet enjoy being part of a collaborative team

• Individuals interested in pursuing clinical leadership or supervisory positions

• Strong character - integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are essential

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Oregon

• Must reside and hold a license in the state where services are rendered

Compensation:
Up to $112,000 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and available bonus opportunities.
