About the Role

About You

• You are a fully licensed psychiatrist holding a DEA or CDS number , ANCC board certification , a valid NPI number , and malpractice insurance .
• You desire to start or expand your private practice while enjoying complete control over your schedule, client load, and work environment.
• We accept the following licenses on a state-by-state basis: MD/DO.

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position, offering complete autonomy over your practice, including setting your hours and managing your caseload.
• Currently, Headway only supports fully licensed mental health professionals. If your application is declined due to incomplete licensing, you are welcome to reapply once you possess a valid license.
