Thriveworks is actively seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing LPC licensure in Georgia to provide a blend of telehealth and in-person sessions. This role is eligible for a generous $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability each week.

What We're Looking For
We're eager to hire provisionally licensed clinicians in Georgia who are ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with us. We're particularly interested in candidates who possess:
Full-time availability (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits with 5 hours allocated for administrative tasks including supervisory meetings).
Generalist experience in behavioral health (open to seeing couples and children, with our support).
Clinicians who appreciate both autonomy and collaboration within a team.
A commitment to integrity, transparency, and high-quality care.
Residency within 45 minutes of the office location, with the ability to work onsite during the probationary period and then shift to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).
Flexibility in work schedule.
Qualifications:
Must live in Georgia and be seeking licensure in the state where services are offered.
A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
Must be approved by the board as a LAPC.
Experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.
Preferred experience conducting intakes and diagnosing independently according to the DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.
Compensation:
Compensation can go up to $50,000 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
