Job Summary

The LPN will work collaboratively under the supervision of Registered Nurses and Physicians, providing high-quality care to patients throughout their healthcare journey. As a valued team member, you will ensure patients feel heard, comforted, and cared for during their visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Document comprehensive medical histories from patients.
• Contribute to patient assessments and administer medications or treatments as directed.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients and families on prevention and treatment plans under the guidance of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Current, unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
• For IV therapy, must have graduated from a Board-approved program or completed an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.
• Must maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
