Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide exceptional professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long-term care settings, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Bring your knowledge of nursing principles to ensure the physical and psychosocial needs of our residents are met according to their care plans. You will also be required to:

• Evaluate resident status and provide appropriate care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document resident interactions accurately.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, healthcare providers, and families while ensuring communication remains clear and confidential.
• Work as a member of our interdisciplinary care team to deliver the highest quality of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse; an Associate degree is preferred.
• Maintain an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing board.
• Complete all required competencies and certifications specific to your department.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through required annual training and continuing education.
