Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full Time

Pay: $22.75 - $35.26/hour, based on experience

Overview: In this vital role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, adhering to the standards of practice, policies, and mission of our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient assessments by gathering relevant data for RNs to analyze.
• Carry out planned care interventions such as specimen collection and wound care.
• Support patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, elimination, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patients’ conditions and communicate their responses to treatment.
• Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment while working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Must have graduated from an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid state licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN), and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification. Relevant certification may be required based on position level.
• Experience: No experience required.
• BLS certification must be obtained prior to start date, with card valid for sixty days following hire.
