About the Position:

As a member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for supporting, implementing, and monitoring patient care. Your insights and skills will shape the treatment plans and improve the overall experience for our patients and their families.

Position Requirements:

1. Must be Licensed by the State of Tennessee.
2. Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
3. Obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in various settings.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in operating medical equipment and computer systems.

Physical Demands:

1. Stand for prolonged periods and work shifts of up to 12 hours.
2. Push/pull items up to 175 lbs and lift patients weighing up to 250 lbs with assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather comprehensive data on patient admissions and communicate findings effectively.
2. Revise care plans based on individual patient needs and conditions.
3. Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge procedures.
4. Monitor patient responses to care and adjust plans as necessary.
5. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation.
6. Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and families.
