Department Highlights:
As an LPN on our Gastroenterology (GI) team, you will work with a dynamic group of healthcare professionals at a newly constructed, advanced facility. This role focuses on supporting our Hepatology team within GI, providing you with invaluable experience in various GI subspecialties.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch break, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break. Enjoy no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call responsibilities!

Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who wants to make a positive impact in patients' lives. As an LPN, you will provide holistic care, ensuring patients feel heard and comforted throughout their healthcare journey. You will operate under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Provider, or Physician, while also having the autonomy to act as the primary nurse for a provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Document thorough medical histories from patients.
• Contribute to patient assessments and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients and families on prevention and treatment plans, following the direction of registered nurse.

Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Must obtain and maintain department-specific competencies and certifications.
