Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care to patients and their families through direct and/or telephone interactions, adhering to established standards and practices.
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and promote active patient participation in their healthcare planning.
• Assist physicians or other providers during clinical procedures and engage in patient education.
• Provide guidance to clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed staff.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
• Current New York State (NYS) license and registration in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 1+ years of experience as a licensed practical nurse or 2+ years as a Medical Assistant in a related field.

Compensation is based on various factors including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (all benefits subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role typically ranges from $20.00 to $35.72 based on full-time employment. We adhere to all minimum wage laws.
