Licensed Practical Nurse - Endocrinology Clinic

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality, holistic care to patients and make a lasting impact in the lives of those in your community. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Provider, or Physician, gaining autonomy as the primary nurse for a provider within your scope of practice. This full-time position offers 40 hours per week with day shifts and a starting rate of $21.00 - $29.50 based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Document thorough medical histories from patients.
• Contribute to patient assessments and administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients and families on prevention and treatment plans, under the direction of a registered nurse.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Must hold an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in accordance with the State Nursing board’s requirements.
• If IV therapy/management skills are necessary, graduation from a Board-approved AASPN program or completion of a North Dakota-approved IV Therapy course is required.
