Salary Range: $21.75 - $29.50

Job Summary:

Are you seeking a rewarding nursing career where you can grow your skills, feel appreciated, and make a significant impact in your community? We are looking for a compassionate and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver quality, holistic care throughout our patients' healthcare journeys, ensuring they feel heard and comforted. Our LPNs work under the supervision of Registered Nurses, Advanced Practice Providers, or Physicians, enjoying a level of autonomy as the primary nurse for their assigned provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of patients.
• Thoroughly document patient medical histories.
• Contribute to patient assessments and administrate medications as prescribed.
• Provide technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Counsel patients and families on prevention and treatment plans under the guidance of a registered nurse.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.
• Unencumbered LPN license with State Nursing board, and/or multi-state licensure privileges.
• If required, possess IV therapy management skills as specified by state regulations.
• Maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications.
