Department: Opportunities available in primary care and various specialty clinics, including Cardiology, Ortho, Urology, and Neurology.

FTE: Full Time Days, with various shift options available.

Pay: $22.75 - $35.26 / hour, based on your relevant experience.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.
• Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Vocational Nurse (LVN).
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, valid for at least sixty days post-hire.

As an LPN, under the guidance of an RN, you will provide essential patient care in alignment with our organizational values and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient assessments by collecting critical data for RN analysis.
• Implement care plans through interventions like specimen collection and wound care.
• Support patients in daily activities including personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility.
• Monitor and document patient statuses, communicating any changes to the healthcare team.
