Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
- Document evaluation findings accurately and promptly, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans that include short and long-term goals along with treatment modalities.
- Ensure proper MD orders are secured for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
- Administer effective and individualized treatments, modifying as needed while following all safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree (B.S., M.A., M.S., or Doctorate) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university recognized by the AOTA.
- Be recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR if state regulations apply.
- Possess a valid and current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in the applicable state.
