As a Nutrition Specialist, you'll be instrumental in providing comprehensive clinical nutritional services.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of residents' nutritional needs and document care plans in the electronic medical record.
• Design and evaluate personalized care plans based on clinical findings and individual health conditions.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident health outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards.
• Be flexible in providing coverage across multiple locations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current certification/license within your practicing state.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while interacting with residents and team members.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• A valid Driver's License is necessary if working in multiple sites.
