Position Type: Full-time, Remote
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate virtual therapy sessions and empower clients on their mental health journey.
- Foster a supportive environment for clients to share their thoughts and experiences.
- Partner with clients to define and achieve meaningful personal goals.
- Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active, independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
- Proven experience in therapy delivery and crafting individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering trust and engagement in virtual settings.
- Proficient in utilizing online therapy platforms.
