Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor - Hybrid Schedule

What We're Looking For
We are actively searching for provisionally licensed clinicians in Maryland who are eager to make a positive impact in the mental health field. Key qualities include:

• Availability for full-time work (at least 30 hours/week, with a minimum of 25 client visits and 5 hours for administration and supervision).
• Experience as behavioral health generalists, open to working with couples and children with our assistance.
• A commitment to integrity, openness, and delivering high-quality care.
• Residence within 45 minutes of our Silver Spring, MD office, with the ability to initially work onsite during the probationary period.
• Flexibility in scheduling to enhance work-life balance.

Qualifications:

• Residency and active pursuit of licensure in the state where services are provided.
• Completion of an approved 60-credit hour program.
• Approved by the board as an LGPC (Graduate).
• Experience in a counseling environment addressing depression and anxiety is essential.
• Experience with intakes and diagnoses (preferred) according to DSM-5, under a licensed supervisor.

Compensation:
Our compensation package includes up to $56,000, based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
