Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor - Full Time Remote and In-Person

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed professionals pursuing Maryland Licensure as an LCPC to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. This role is eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians offering 25+ hours of availability per week.

What We Seek
We are hiring provisionally licensed clinicians in Maryland eager to make a difference and grow alongside us. We are particularly looking for:

• Full-time availability (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits with 5 hours for administrative tasks including supervisory meetings).

• Behavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support).

• Clinicians who value autonomy and thrive in a team environment.

• A strong commitment to integrity, openness, and quality care.

• Residents living within a 45-minute commute to our office location. Ability to work in the office for the initial probation period and subsequently adopt a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).

• Flexibility in your work schedule.

Qualifications:

• Reside in Maryland and seek licensure within the state.

• A graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour counseling program.

• Approved by the board as an LGPC (Graduate).

• Experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety is required.

• Preferred experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing per the DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.

Compensation:
Compensation up to $66,700 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
