Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Flexible Sessions

Thriveworks is on the lookout for Licensed Clinical Social Workers who are ready to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. As a part of our team, you will also be eligible for a $7,500 ramp stipend when you commit to serving 25+ hours per week.

What We Are Looking For:

• We seek independently licensed clinicians in Pennsylvania who are passionate about making a difference.

• Providers willing to see 25+ sessions per week.

• Behavioral health generalists, open to working with couples and children with our support.

• Clinicians who value autonomy while enjoying collaboration within a team.

• Individuals interested in clinical leadership or supervisory roles.

• Strong character matters – we prioritize integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• Must reside and be licensed in Pennsylvania.

Compensation:
Up to $101,700, based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.

• $7,500 ramp stipend for 25+ clinical hours/week.
