Essential Job Summary: We are on the lookout for a dedicated Liability Claims Specialist to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims, gathering evidence, and drafting detailed reports on your findings. You will play a crucial part in problem-solving and recommending solutions aimed at achieving the best ethical and financial outcomes.

Essential Job Functions:

• Verify the existence of insurance policies and analyze their terms and conditions concerning claims.
• Conduct thorough interviews with claimants, witnesses, and all parties involved to gain a comprehensive understanding of each claim.
• Research costs associated with repairing damages mentioned in claims and obtain quotes from contractors or repair service providers.
• Examine all relevant documentation, including police reports and evidence associated with claims.
• Propose innovative solutions to enhance the claims negotiation process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in claims management or as an insurance adjuster.
• Working knowledge of standard industry insurance policies and claims processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with claimants, witnesses, and legal representatives.
• Strong time-management abilities to handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
• Commitment to ethical judgment and integrity in decision-making.
• Robust problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for site visits.
• Claims adjuster license (required in certain states).
• Advanced industry knowledge and strong negotiation skills.
• Aptitude for quickly learning new software.
• Exceptional research and advanced writing skills.

Salary Range: Minimum: USD $70,000.00/Yr. Maximum: USD $80,000.00/Yr.
