A prestigious law firm is seeking a Legal Billing Specialist with Aderant experience to manage billing, collections, and client trust accounts. This role requires someone personable and confident in face-to-face interactions with attorneys.

Ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of legal billing/collections experience
• Insurance defense & cost share/flat fee billing background
• Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Key responsibilities include:

• Full-cycle billing & collections
• Matter management & trust account oversight
• Forecasting, e-billing, and unapplied cash resolution
• Collaboration with attorneys and staff

Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k)

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
