What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.
• Building strong relationships with customers to elevate satisfaction and achieiving top performance from your team.
• Collaborating closely with the management team to deliver outstanding customer service and product solutions.
• Negotiating customer contract renewals to ensure continued business success.

• Must meet auto insurance requirements for business-related travel.
• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle diverse customer service situations effectively.
• Ability to negotiate, coach, and lead a team confidently.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid non-commercial driver’s license is required.
• Must pass pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 annually
