Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler to join their team. As a Lead Project Scheduler, you will be part of the Engineering and Construction Project Management department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Project Scheduler Location: Raleigh, NC Pay Range: $50-$57.50/hr.

What's the Job?

• Create, maintain, and present comprehensive Primavera project schedules to ensure project milestones are met.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, site superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and procurement teams to maintain schedule accuracy.
• Promote a culture where schedules serve as vital tools for managing EPC work efficiently.
• Analyze schedule logic and support the team in identifying and correcting activity errors and delays.
• Perform detailed time impact analysis and support schedule narratives for official correspondence and change management.

What's Needed?

• Approximately 5-10 years of scheduling experience in engineering or construction project management within the substation construction sector.
• Expert knowledge of EPC project delivery methods and all project management control systems, including scheduling, estimating, cost control, procurement, and business development.
• Proficiency in utilizing Primavera scheduling software at an expert level.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, multi-tasking, and advanced time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, decisive, and capable of building strong working relationships across cross-functional teams.
