Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a diverse rehabilitation team, ensuring high-quality care
- Oversee effective operation of clinical programs to meet patient needs
- Participate in all scheduled meetings to drive organizational goals
- Assist in developing innovative clinical programs and initiatives
- Monitor compliance with industry standards and documentation policies
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and conduct chart audits
- Support adherence to policies and procedures among the staff
- Collaborate with management to achieve rehab objectives and quality results
Qualifications You Need:
- Licensed therapist (PTA, COTA, PT, OT, or SLP) in the relevant state
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a rehabilitation setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance in rehabilitation
- Ability to effectively manage staff performance and maintain clinical quality
