Lead Engineer - Weapons Integration, Air Dominance and Strike - Active Clearance
Join us at Anduril Industries as a Lead Engineer - Weapons Integration, Air Dominance and Strike . Our Air Dominance and Strike (AD&S) team develops autonomous air systems to deliver exceptional outcomes for warfighters.
Responsibilities
- Lead or support the integration, verification, and validation of weapon systems onto platforms.
- Develop program plans, estimates, schedules, and system architecture designs.
- Perform system analysis, generate requirements, and support design reviews and regulatory briefings.
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, and support operational activities of weapon systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, including Interface Control Documents and test plans.
- Manage risks and mitigation plans, and support proposals and white papers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in engineering, computer science, or related field with 9+ years of experience.
- Familiarity with Air-to-Air/Air-to-Ground weapons, MIL-STD standards, and weapons integration onto aircraft.
- Experience with weapon or tactical datalinks and working with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Top Secret security clearance and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Experience with Seek Eagle, Non-Nuclear Munitions Safety Board processes, and embedded systems programming.
Additional Information
