About the Role

Are you an experienced electrical technician looking to lead impactful automation and controls projects? Join our team as a Lead Electrical Technician and take charge of troubleshooting, programming, and developing control systems that keep our production lines running smoothly. This night shift position offers a unique schedule and includes a shift differential to reward your commitment to working overnight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical troubleshooting across production lines, facility equipment, and infrastructure.
• Modify and develop PLC programs for upgrades and maintenance.
• Design and implement control systems using sensors, motion control, and feedback loops.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NEMA, NFPA, and OSHA standards.
• Demonstrate and promote safe work practices at all times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Technology or Control Systems, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 46 years of experience in electrical controls within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting skills, especially during overnight operations.
• Familiarity with RS500, RS5000, Studio5000, and View Studio.
• Experience with servo motors and 3-phase electrical power systems.
• Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

• 80% manufacturing floor, 20% office setting.
• No travel required.
• Night shift schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $43.27/hr.
