Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of electroneurodiagnostic testing area.

• Participate in monitoring, guiding and evaluating staff performance, specifically productivity and quality management.
• Assist with coordinating activities, prioritizing workflow and promoting situational decision-making/problem solving.
• Perform the duties of a technologist. Provide consultation for and/or management of patients requiring complex or advanced treatment.
• Serve as a positive role model for staff and patients by working with them to promote teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Electroencephalographic Technician obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer
  date required. Non-cert assocs hired before 4/8/18 cert not required.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
