Lead Data Scientist, Consumer Identity Machine Learning

As part of Consumer Identity ML, you will help shape real-time, personalized customer interactions across our comprehensive suite of digital products, including our website, mobile app, and chatbot. Your role will involve:

• Exploring massive datasets comprising billions of clickstream events to uncover customer behavior patterns and forecast key outcomes.
• Developing real-time models harnessing extensive customer data to proactively address customer needs and offer timely solutions.
• Creating models to maintain the integrity of our most critical customer data, safeguarding against fraud while enabling seamless digital experiences.

In this position, you will:

• Engage in all phases of the data science life cycle, from model design and training to evaluation and validation, collaborating closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable and resilient deployment serving over 50 million customers.
• Partner with various business and product teams to conduct experiments that enhance customer experiences and drive business results across marketing, servicing, and fraud prevention domains.
• Utilize programming languages like Python and tools such as Spark for data collection, exploration, visualization, and analysis of extensive customer transaction data.

• A data guru: Comfortable working with big data and skilled in retrieving, combining, and analyzing data from diverse sources.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field plus 5 years of data analytics experience, or a Master's Degree (or an MBA with a quantitative focus) plus 3 years, or a PhD in a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in a STEM field with experience in Deep Learning.
• Specialized knowledge in Information Retrieval, NLP, Data-centric AI, and Knowledge Graphs.
• 3+ years of experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow and machine learning.
• 1+ year of experience working with AWS.
