The Role

As a Lead Data Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving data-informed decision-making across key initiatives. You will lead cross-functional efforts to design, implement, and optimize analytical frameworks that enhance operational performance and business outcomes. This role blends deep analytical expertise with strategic execution and stakeholder engagement.

The Main Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high-impact analytics initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed data-driven insights into business processes.

• Develop and maintain scalable models, dashboards, and tools that support strategic planning and performance tracking.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and influence.

• Identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

What We Look For in a Candidate

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or consulting roles.

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.

• Proven ability to lead complex projects and deliver measurable results.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in data visualization, statistical modeling, and business intelligence tools.

• Passion for operational excellence and continuous learning.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$82,969 - $110,625 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY.

$87,117 - $116,156 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI.

$91,266 - $121,688 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
