As the Lead AI Solutions for Supply Chain and Digital Transformation, you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of AI-driven solutions that enhance digital transformation strategies and elevate customer experiences throughout supply chain operations. This role requires defining and implementing AI strategies across various segments of the supply chain, managing cross-functional projects, and collaborating with business transformation teams to realize PepsiCo's ambitious AI vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy Development (30%): Shape and advocate innovative AI strategies focused on digitizing end-to-end supply chain processes and boosting customer experiences, ensuring coherence with PepsiCo's broader AI goals.
• Process Reinvention and Implementation (40%): Lead the creation and deployment of pioneering AI solutions that transform supply chain processes, including demand sensing, touchless planning, real-time quality monitoring, warehouse automation, and predictive maintenance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration (20%): Work closely with teams from supply chain and customer service, transforming their needs into effective AI solution frameworks. Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions by collaborating intensively with AI engineers, data scientists, procurement, manufacturing planners, and logistics personnel.
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization (10%): Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of AI initiatives on supply chain transformations. Continuously refine AI solutions based on feedback and evolving trends in supply chain management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in AI applications within manufacturing or warehousing.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $118,700 - $198,800. The actual salary will be influenced by factors such as location, specific job-related skills, experience, and education. Additional benefits include a performance-based bonus target payout of 15% of annual salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and paid time off, among others.
