Our client, In the banking industry is seeking a L3 Production Support Specialist to join their team. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strong communicator, and hungry for a challenge.

Job Title: L3 Production Support

Location: Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Contract-to-hire

Pay Range: $45-50/hr

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in production support

• Strong experience with:

• WebSphere

• Linux

• JBoss

• Kubernetes & Containers

• Splunk

• Dynatrace

• Experience supporting financial center applications is highly preferred

• Bonus: Familiarity with Glassbox

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for production systems

• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve complex issues

• Monitor system performance using tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, and Glassbox

• Support containerized applications in Kubernetes environments

• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management

• Drive root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
