Project Coordinator

Morley Moss, Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional operation of the office environment while also providing key administrative and organizational support to project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. This role is the central hub for jobsite office logistics and project administration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Reports to Sr. Project Manager
2. Assists with monitoring and reviews time sheets and daily reports as needed
3. Assist with rental tracking
4. Assist with meeting preparations
   • Arrange for lunches
   • Coordinate conference room scheduling
5. Coordinate all office maintenance and repair needs with vendors or building services
6. Coordinate office material orders
7. Coordinate custodial material orders
8. Manage inventory of office supplies, equipment, and kitchen/breakroom stock, ensuring timely replenishment
9. Greet and direct GC and visitors to the office or conference rooms scheduled
10. Schedule and organize project-related meetings, including sending out invitations, preparing agendas, and reserving facilities
11. Maintain tracking boards for manpower
12. Maintain tracking boards for rental equipment
13. Set positive examples for employees
14. Be accountable
15. Be open to criticism and learn from
16. Document control
17. Serve as a communication liaison between project team members
