1. Release Planning Ensuring that requirements are clear across dependent project streams with an effective release
2. Managing risks and resolving challenges that impact release scope, quality, and schedules Managing relationships working on interrelated processes across teams
3. Managing the development of deliverables into production environments Measuring and monitoring progress to achieve a timely software release within defined budgetary limits and defined quality standards
4. Communicating crucial release plans and changes
5. Deployment management of deliverables to the test environment Producing deployment, implementation, and run books plans
6. Initiating and overseeing the development of technical guides and training for external functionality, where applicable Conducting release readiness and milestone reviews

• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) session
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
• Proficiency with MS Project
• Proficiency with MS Visio

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
