Develops and implements change management plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes including the development of robust enterprise training and communication strategies. These responsibilities also include efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from stakeholders who are impacted by the changes.

Major Responsibilities:

• Applies a structured methodology and leads change management activities.
• Leverages a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project, initiative or strategy.
• Partners with and coaches key project sponsors to drive the change forward.
• Partners with project managers to drive overall project success, including user adoption of change.
• Develops and implements robust communication plans to support change initiatives.
• Develops and implements training plans to support change initiatives and enhance employee knowledge.
• Ensures clear, compelling, and consistent messaging for internal and external stakeholders.
• Defines success metrics to evaluate the impact of change and communication approach.
• Conducts impact analyses, assesses change readiness, and identifies key stakeholder groups.
• Works collaboratively with key stakeholders to understand their perspectives, concerns, and expectations related to change.

Position Qualifications:

License/Certification/Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Communications, Education, Human Resources, Business/Administration, Psychology.

Preferred: Master's degree. Relevant certifications (e.g. CCMP, PROSCI, ATD, ITIL).

Experience/Skills: Required: Seven years of related work experience, including Change and Project management experience. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle. Ability to blend tools and methodologies with understanding of individual and cultural factors. Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent active listening skills. Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Problem solving and root-cause identification skills. Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
