The position

The Interim Nurse Manager Telemetry Unit will be responsible for the oversight and day-to-day operations of 40+ beds throughout two campuses. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), this leader will be responsible for the stabilization of the department while simultaneously monitoring any needs of staff members pertaining to continued training, education, and mentorship pertaining to new and current staff members. This leader will foster relationships among staff and enhance patient satisfaction scores through a focus on quality metrics and process improvements. Ideal candidates will be proactive, hands-on leaders with a strong commitment to engagement. Previous experience in kidney transplants is highly preferred. Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree is required. Active CA RN license is required.

Compensation Details

Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
