Interim Nurse Manager, Pacu/Periop Needed

An Interim Nurse Manager, Pacu/Periop is needed to oversee the post-anesthesia care unit, pre/post-operative care, procedural prep clinic, and pediatric sedation services. Reporting to the Director of Nursing, key responsibilities include implementing learnings from the Pulse Survey and maintaining strong patient experience scores while driving continued improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience in Pacu/perioperative nursing, familiarity with Aspan standards and pediatric sedation, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead change. Must be highly organized, patient-focused, and able to adapt quickly to changing needs. Excellent communication skills will be critical. Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Bachelor's degree required. Current Oregon RN license required. Previous perioperative/Pacu nursing experience and leadership experience required.

Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
