The Position

The Interim MRI Manager is responsible for daily coordination of the Imaging department functions to ensure services are delivered expediently and efficiently through effective organization of staff and workflow. The Interim Manager will oversee approximately 50+ FTEs and will focus on current departmental initiatives including survey readiness, quality assurance, patient satisfaction, customer feedback, and financial improvement. The ideal candidate will be a strong and supportive leader, capable of absorbing pressure while mentoring and developing staff. Seeking a candidate that will bring extensive MRI operations and safety experience. Knowledge pertaining to electronic medical/health records, policies, procedures, and protocols will be essential. Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree is required. Graduate of AMA Radiologic Tech Program is required. A minimum of five years of relative experience within an acute care setting is required.

Compensation Details

Compensation Range: $155,000 to $165,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
