A Florida healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Director of Facilities!

The Position

• The Interim Director of Facilities will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day facility and maintenance operations throughout the facility.
• The Interim Director will oversee approximately 15 direct reports and will seize opportunities for improvements to ensure survey readiness and operational excellence.
• This leader will ensure that top strategic life safety and healthcare facility practices are solidified and will oversee all ongoing construction projects.
• Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
