An Arizona healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Chief Quality Officer!

The Position

• The Interim Chief Quality Officer will oversee all day-to-day operations pertaining to quality, safety, and regulatory initiatives throughout the facility.
• Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), this role will focus on ongoing departmental initiatives including performance, evaluation of current programs, and overall growth of the department.
• This role entails establishing clear roles and expectations for the team, emphasizing best practices, and providing mentorship and education to staff on new initiatives and skill development.
• The ideal leader will have strong leadership skills, experience in change management, team building, and the ability to drive change and innovation.
• Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Master's degree is required.
• Rural healthcare experience is required.
• A minimum of five years of relative leadership experience is required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $200,000 to $210,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
