A California medical center is seeking their next Interim Assistant Director of Diagnostic Imaging!

The Position

The Interim Assistant Director of Diagnostic Imaging is responsible for daily coordination of the CT department functions to ensure services to be delivered expediently and efficiently through effective organization of staff and workflow. Reporting to the Director or Radiology, this leader will oversee a team of approximately 100+ FTEs. This leader will be expected to keep the department stable, maintain daily operations. Additionally, the Assistant Director will engage in strategic planning regarding departmental initiatives including quality assurance, process improvement, technology advancements, and cost analyses. Ideal candidates will bring extensive knowledge pertaining to Diagnostic/CT, Nuclear Med, Ultrasound, Mammography, MRI, and Interventional procedures. Must be available to start within 23 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of five years of relative experience is required. Union experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation Details

Compensation Range: $165,000 to $175,000 annually. The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits. The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
