You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with multi-discipline systems engineering
• 6+ years of experience in ICD or ICD-VDD leadership
• Experience with requirements management tools such as the IBM Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) database, Cameo Enterprise Architecture, Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect
• Experience writing baseline ICDs such as electrical, data bus, and REST/gRPC, and managing IRAD change threads
• Ability to use work breakdown structures as a basis for planning, monitoring, reporting, and controlling cost and schedule, and evaluating program technical performance
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with airworthiness qualification or release program standard configurations, or alterations or modification to standard configurations
• Experience with systems performance evaluation, system specifications, technical constraints, environmental constraints, analysis of alternatives, risk management, conflict or deficiency identification, and mitigation strategies
• Experience with air or missile systems
• Top Secret clearance
• Master's degree in a STEM field

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
