Year Up United offers a dynamic and fulfilling job training program designed to empower young adults through in-classroom skill development, hands-on internships, and dedicated coaching and mentorship. Participants receive an educational stipend to support their journey.

This immersive program provides a blend of technical and professional training, complemented by access to internships and job placement support through YUPRO Placement, a leading talent placement firm. Internship opportunities may be available at prestigious organizations including Amazon, Dell Technologies, Merck, and The University of Texas System.

Eligibility Requirements:
You may apply to Year Up United if you meet the following criteria:
- High school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday-Friday throughout the program duration
- Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills
- Have not obtained a Bachelor's degree
- Must be prepared to answer additional screening questions during application

What You Will Gain:
Develop essential professional business and communication skills, master interviewing techniques, enhance your networking abilities, and receive ongoing support and guidance to launch your career. During the internship phase, participants earn an educational stipend of $525 per week.

Kickstart your professional career with the skills you need! Approximately 75% of Year Up United graduates find employment or enroll in postsecondary education within four months of graduation, with employed graduates earning an average starting salary of $53,000 per year.
